Forms for Confluence | Capture user feedback with surveys and polls

I conducted a Knowledge Management (KM) audit for a company using the Forms for Confluence plugin for my assignment. The form was simple to create and embed straight into my Confluence pages, allowing several teams to contribute. It was convenient to gather and view the responses in one location. The user interface, however, may be easier to use, particularly when examining numerous responses. Confluence's built-in charts for visualizing response trends would also be beneficial. Notifications and reaction monitoring in real time would improve the experience much more. It's a reliable solution for Confluence surveys and forms, and I would suggest it to others, particularly for internal audits or assessments.

This is a very helpful app to collect information, I am looking forward to when they can offer more widgets or how to better arrange the widgets that uses horizontal space more, but it's really useful regardless

Great app for carrying out surveys in Confluence. We were able to quickly add a helpful range of question types and report on the submissions with charts on our confluence pages, saving us from exporting to another platform. Will be using more.

This app brings your likes and what you like into what is shown to you anywhere you look in the Internet and it like the Internet is set to everything you like and want to see is all u see!

As someone who had previously trialled the product, it's great to see that the developers at Kolekti have taken on the feedback from the community and implemented many of the features that were requested. The inclusion of conditional fields, notifications and the option to create quick polls are undoubtedly welcome. However, our team have found it hugely beneficial to see our form results in attractive charts and graphs and then embed them on pages to create reports for stakeholders. A special mention to the user experience, too: it's a much more intuitive application than other form or poll apps we have used. Looking forward to seeing what other new features the developers add to the product.
