Why export a Confluence space?

  • Share information with people who don’t have Confluence Cloud: Pages that are exported as a PDF or Word document can easily be shared with others.

  • Conveniently create user guides: Export technical documentation as a PDF to share with users.

  • Turn your space into a website: If you want to create a website using the content from your space, you can do so by exporting it as HTML.
